◆When did you start drawing?
I always liked drawing. I always had a... knack? (whatever) for copying images, so... yeah... but if you're asking when I started to seriously pursue to get better at it... seventh grade...ish.

◆Which hand do you use for drawing?
Righty to the end. I tried with my left, I can't even make a squiggle... the pen falls out of my hand and stuff... it's just not pretty. Trust me. [=

◆Which is easier to draw - male or female?
Female. I don't know why, they're just easier for me. Boobs give me trouble sometimes, but I can deal with it. Guys... I just don't know. I mean, if you don't mind them looking kind of girly, then... I'm totally chill with it. Just... no muscles...

◆Which is easier to draw - long hair or short hair?
Long hair. Especially when it's blowing in the wind. Fun fun fun~

◆Is it easier to draw the head facing towards the right or the left?
Left. I looked through my gallery and all my old stuff, and people tend to face towards the left more. When they look to the right, it's a little off...

◆Is it easier to draw the side view of the face or the front view?
Front. Side view is like... a different level of drawing... o.o

◆What do you have problems in drawing?
Pfft... everything... Hands, feet, perspective (birds-eye, worms-eye, etc.) and backgrounds.

◆What do you like to draw?
BOOBIES!!
No... I kid... I love drawing hair and eyes... well, faces, but mainly those. 8D

◆Are you a traditional artist or a digital artist?
...Neo-traditional... XD I don't even know what that is... but I think mostly traditional since I do a lot of sketches and stuff that I don't post on my deviantart. Though the computer makes everything so much easier...

◆Where do you start drawing from?
Oh man, I still use little guide lines... if you can call it that. I do circles and lines that indicate where I want things to go. then I fill in the rest, usually I start with the head and then the outlines of the body. Then I go for the little details and the clothes are usually last. Then I touch up and finish.

◆What is your drawing habit that you are aware of?
I move around a lot. But that's probably because I don't have a table to really work on. I draw on a clipboard on my bed.

◆Any tips for coloring/shading?
For traditional media color pencil works, apply your pressure wisely. One color pencil can go a long way. For painting, it's really trial and error, I don't know any tips other than that... you learn as you go. For a more digital media, go wild, seriously. Eyedrop tool is your best friend. Put colors you don't think you need in. Just a dash, it goes a long way, seriously.

◆How long does it take to finish a piece of art?
Depends. I don't like spending too much time on stuff, so usually about 6-10 hours, not counting breaks and stuff...

◆What music do you listen to while you draw?
Whatever's on my playlist. Mostly rock and metal.

◆How long does it take you to come up with an idea?
Well, I don't actively try to come up with an idea. Whatever comes to mind I'll jot it down and then work off on that later. When I actually am trying to come up with something, it takes a while. Usually I give up after five minutes of looking at a blank paper. I'll usually shout, "My latest Masterpiece!" then draw a circle or something and it usually become a face and then I give it away.

◆Your favorite drawing utensils?
0.5 B lead and 0.3 H lead mechanical pencil, Penelope (my eraser (yes I named it, stfu)), sketchbook of doom, clipboard, computer paper, bristol board, color pencils, tablet, Photoshop, openCanvas, and my notebook.

◆Your favorite color/the color that you use a lot?
I use a lot of cool colors. Like Blues, purples and greens. I don't have a lot of yellows or oranges in my gallery...

◆Your favorite style(s)?
I like drawing in my usual anime/manga style. But I do love doing still life drawings as well. I love realism and landscape paintings, though I suck with those. I'm not into modern art though. I don't really get it for one... Photography's great too. My friend's into it and now I know a couple of techniques after some research. Since he was using terms I didn't understand. Now I know how he feels when I'm describing how I prep my work... o.o

◆What kind of artist are you aiming for?
I'm not really aiming to be a certain kind of artist per say. I strive to get better, sure, but I like knowing how to do more than just what I'm comfortable with. I want to try airbrushing, painting, sculpting, and so much more. But if I had to choose, I think I'd shoot for being an illustrator or something.
